We accept payment from all major credit cards and Klarna. We also accept BACS transfer or Paypal invoice, please email for more details.
UK ORDERS:
Orders received before 11am Monday-Friday UK time will be dispatched the same day. This is via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a fully tracked and insured service and will require a signature on arrival. This is an additional £6.95.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please allow 1-2 days processing time. For orders under £350 we use Royal Mail International Tracked and Traced, with delivery around 7-10 days. For orders above £350 we use a door to door courier service with delivery between 3-7 days depending on location. You will receive a tracking number for accurate delivery information.
We are not responsible for any import duty or VAT on delivery, this rate varies in different countries so please get in touch with your local customs office for more information.
Our jewellery comes packaged in a beautiful black faux leather box and black branded gift bag
We do accept returns provided they are returned within 14 days from receiving the item. We will issue a full refund minus the shipping cost.
We will provide a return address and this must be returned at the cost of the customer using a fully insured, tracked and signed for service.
The item must be returned exactly as it was sent, unaltered and undamaged and in the original packaging. This must be marked clearly as a return, otherwise we reserve the right to deduct any import charges made to us from the refund on all international orders.
We do not accept returns on sale items or alterations including ring sizings.
Please treat antique and vintage jewellery with care. Although they have stood the test of time so far, they still need to be treated with respect. We cannot guarantee the integrity of pieces during their lifetime, but we are happy to answer any enquiries should there be any damage in the future.
We have specified whether a ring can be altered on each ring listed. Most rings, with the exception of eternity rings or bands which have detail all around the shank, can be altered 4/5 times either way.
During times when our shop is open we are happy to offer a ring sizing service which may incur an extra cost depending on an individual sizing. This is also something you can also do at your local jeweller, where you can check the size accurately.

All items, unless stated otherwise, will be delivered in our own luxury faux leather black boxes and branded black giftbags.
This will be be placed in a bubble wrap lined jiffy bag or box. We meticulously package our pieces so that they are safe in transit.
Finally a note about our antique and vintage pieces. Although we make sure each piece is wearable they may have some signs of wear as they have age to them. We have tried to show any wear in the photographs and notes in the description. Please message us if you have any further questions about this. We are always happy to send more photographs and/or videos to give you piece of mind.
We have been in the jewellery trade as a family for over 40 years, which gives us the expertise to provide information and specifications for pieces. Where a piece is not certified, it is assessed and graded visually by our team, therefore all information and specifics are estimated to the best of our ability.
