A very unusual original Victorian opal ring set in 9ct yellow gold. This antique opal ring was originally a stick pin and has been converted into this wearable stacking ring by our jeweller. The same metal has been used for the shank, which still bears the stick pin zig-zag on the back of the shank. This makes for a nice feature on the band. It is a Victorian opal doublet with a beautiful vivid blue play of colour as deep as the sea. Wear either way round with other stacking rings or on its own.
