Description
This Art Deco 1930s diamond solitaire ring is crafted in 18ct yellow gold with platinum detailing and designed as an engagement ring. It features an approximately 0.25ct round-cut diamond in a platinum bezel setting, with additional diamonds set into the shoulders. As a result, this 1930s diamond solitaire ring offers a balanced and refined look that suits daily wear. In addition, diamond is the April birthstone, which makes this ring a meaningful choice for anniversary or birthday gifting.
Design & Craftsmanship
The centre diamond measures approximately 4mm in diameter and sits within a platinum bezel setting that fully encloses the stone. This rub-over bezel construction protects the diamond while maintaining a neat outline. On either side, small diamonds are set into platinum shoulders, which add detail without adding bulk. At the same time, the band is crafted in 18ct yellow gold, providing contrast and durability. Therefore, the ring keeps a slim profile while remaining structurally sound. The low-set design also improves comfort during regular wear.
Why We Love This Ring
This 1930s diamond solitaire ring feels well balanced and comfortable on the hand. Because of its low-set profile, it suits regular wear without catching. In addition, the diamond size offers presence without feeling overstated. Over time, this style has proven durable, which supports its long-term appeal.
Styling / Versatility
This timeless vintage ring suits someone who values classic design with subtle period detail. It works well as a traditional engagement ring; however, it also suits everyday wear or stacking with a wedding band. As a result, it appeals to those drawn to understated Art Deco jewellery with lasting style.
