Antique Victorian Gold and Ruby Panel Ring

This is an antique gold panel ring set with rubies and seed pearls. We believe the navette part of the ring to be made of porcelain, similar to Wedgwood, but after extensive research we do not think it is a Wedgwood ring. In fact, we haven’t come across anything like this antique gold panel ring before. It may have religious influence and was made during the Victorian era, circa 1870. This ring is also high carat gold, either 18ct or 22ct and is very well made. It is a ring with lots of character and charm, and a very unusual and interesting piece of antique jewellery.

MATERIALS: 18ct gold (potentially 22ct) ruby, seed pearl, porcelain

DIMENSIONS: The panel head of the ring is approx 17mm x 7mm

ERA/HALLMARK: Victorian era circa 1870. Tests for at least 18ct gold.

SIZE: UK J US 4 3/4 can be resized

WEIGHT: 5.28g

CONDITION: Fantastic condition.
