Art Nouveau Silver Gilt and Enamel Pendant

I think this Art Nouveau pendant is just so beautiful! The feminine shape of the pendant and the light lilac of the enamel truly represent the aesthetic of that era. The fancy silver gilt and small pearl below the bale also add to the beauty of this original vintage piece.

The pendant is made up of a central piece of metalwork, which is silver gilt and lilac enamel, it has an engraved pattern which swirls around the entire piece. There is a tiny crack on the bottom right of this, which is hardly noticeable. Hanging in the centre of this piece is a smaller piece of silver gilt filigree which is moveable and dangles from the centre. In the middle of this is an oval shaped stone which is plain lilac enamel. Below the bale is another part of filigree work with a cultured pearl in the middle. The work in this pendant is just so detailed and stunning.

MATERIALS: Silver gilt, enamel, pearl

DIMENSIONS: Approx 55mm length including bale. 25mm width. middle piece is 27mm L x 13mm. From the bale to the top of the outer section is 17mm.

ERA/HALLMARK: Art Nouveau era circa 1900. Stamped 925, silver gilt

The item must be returned exactly as it was sent, unaltered and undamaged and in the original packaging. This must be marked clearly as a return, otherwise we reserve the right to deduct any import charges made to us from the refund.
