A unique and beautiful antique Victorian enamel and ruby brooch set in 18ct yellow gold. Handcrafted in France circa 1860, this ornate piece features 10 cabochon rubies set in a halo with one more in the centre.  The enamel is a mix of heavenly blues and whites and has come away in parts to reveal the gold underneath. This is not detrimental to the overall look of the brooch and is reflected in the price. The brooch fastens with a pin and gold safety chain for extra security.
