Description

This Art Deco aquamarine ring is crafted in platinum and set with a striking emerald cut aquamarine framed by stepped diamond shoulders. The 1920s/30s ring has the clean lines and balanced geometry that make this period so enduringly desirable. Because aquamarine is the March birthstone, it also makes a thoughtful gift, while the crisp platinum mount gives the ring a cool, elegant finish suited to both special occasion and everyday wear.

Design & Craftsmanship

The 5ct aquamarine ring centres on a rectangular emerald cut aquamarine held in four claws, which allows the stone’s clear blue colour and step cut facets to take focus. On each side, tapered baguette cut diamonds are arranged in a stepped formation, creating a strong architectural profile that feels unmistakably Art Deco. Meanwhile, the platinum setting adds brightness and definition, and the open gallery keeps the ring refined rather than heavy. The overall design is precise, symmetrical and beautifully proportioned, with the diamonds adding sharp flashes of light beside the calmer mirror like planes of the aquamarine.

Why We Love This Ring

We love this antique aquamarine ring because it has real presence without feeling overstated. The aquamarine gives it scale and colour, while the diamond shoulders bring structure and contrast. Therefore, it feels both glamorous and easy to wear. It also has the kind of clean, confident design that never dates, which makes it a strong choice for someone who values antique style with a crisp, tailored finish.

How to Style

This Art Deco aquamarine ring will suit someone drawn to geometric design, strong lines and elegant statement pieces. It works beautifully as an engagement ring, a cocktail ring or a signature everyday piece for someone who prefers antique jewellery with a more architectural look.  The platinum setting makes it easy to pair with both modern and period jewellery, while the pale blue aquamarine brings colour in a way that still feels refined. It will especially appeal to buyers who love Art Deco design and want a ring with presence, clarity and lasting wearability.
